【摘要】：我國(guó)的反洗錢(qián)部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制從2002年建立至今已走過(guò)十多年,在各方面的大力配合下取得了很大的成就。但應(yīng)當(dāng)看到,與反洗錢(qián)特別工作組(FATA)的要求以及國(guó)外部分先進(jìn)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)反洗錢(qián)協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制還存在缺陷和不足,應(yīng)當(dāng)借鑒國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),從完善反洗錢(qián)立法、完善反洗錢(qián)協(xié)調(diào)架構(gòu)、充分發(fā)揮情報(bào)機(jī)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)作用等方面入手,進(jìn)一步完善我國(guó)的反洗錢(qián)協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,提高協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制運(yùn)行的有效性,提升我國(guó)反洗錢(qián)工作水平。
[Abstract]:China ' s anti - money - laundering coordination mechanism has been established since 2002 , and has achieved great achievements in various aspects . However , it should be seen that the coordination mechanism of anti - money - laundering in our country has some defects and shortcomings compared with the requirements of the Anti - Money Laundering Special Working Group ( FATA ) and the advanced countries abroad . It should further improve the coordination mechanism of anti - money - laundering in our country , improve the effectiveness of the operation of coordination mechanism and improve the level of anti - money - laundering in our country .
