【摘要】：在我國當(dāng)前的網(wǎng)絡(luò)約租車服務(wù)行業(yè)中,提供服務(wù)的網(wǎng)約車司機(jī)在駕駛過程中同時使用手機(jī),威脅駕駛安全的現(xiàn)象十分普遍。筆者通過歷時2個月的親身實踐調(diào)查,建議通過采取"灰屏"管理技術(shù),在不侵犯網(wǎng)約車司機(jī)個人合法權(quán)利的前提下最大程度上提高其駕駛專注度,以保障駕駛安全,合理解決目前網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)中由于低準(zhǔn)入門檻、導(dǎo)航軟件使用泛濫及搶單利益沖突帶來的一系列社會問題,完善網(wǎng)約車行業(yè)體系化與規(guī)范化管理,促進(jìn)行業(yè)整體的協(xié)調(diào)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In China's current network rental car service industry, the Internet service drivers who use the Internet to drive mobile phones during the driving process threaten the driving safety. The author took 2 months hands-on investigation, suggestions through the adoption of "gray screen" management technology, without infringing the legitimate rights of the individual network about car drivers under the maximum extent, improve the driver's focus, in order to ensure the safety of driving, the reasonable solution to the current network about the car industry due to a series of social problems of low access threshold the use of navigation software, flooding and grab one brought about by a conflict of interest, perfect and standard network management system about the car industry, promote coordinated and healthy development of the industry as a whole.
