【摘要】：正 盡管我國(guó)婚姻法已頒布多年,但我國(guó)近年來(lái)違法婚姻有急劇增加的趨勢(shì)。違法婚姻妨礙了國(guó)家對(duì)婚姻家庭的監(jiān)督和管理,也直接沖擊著我國(guó)計(jì)劃生育的基本國(guó)策,已成為一個(gè)不容忽視的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。 違法婚姻知多少 顧名思義,違法婚姻是指違犯《婚姻法》的規(guī)定而成婚的。它在全國(guó)到底有多少,很難有一個(gè)確切的統(tǒng)計(jì)。據(jù)來(lái)自權(quán)威部門的調(diào)查,近幾年來(lái)違法婚姻占成婚總數(shù)的20％左右,個(gè)別的省高達(dá)30％以上。 在違法婚姻中,未到法定婚齡、不到婚姻登記機(jī)關(guān)辦理結(jié)婚手續(xù)就同居生活者占絕大多數(shù)。黑龍江省
