【摘要】：藏族是一個(gè)有著悠久歷史的民族,藏族群眾在長(zhǎng)期的生產(chǎn)和生活過(guò)程中,創(chuàng)造出獨(dú)具特色的藏族婚姻習(xí)慣法,對(duì)藏族地區(qū)的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和民族團(tuán)結(jié)發(fā)揮了積極的作用。隨著新中國(guó)的成立,藏族婚姻習(xí)慣法發(fā)生了一系列的變動(dòng)�？v向比較藏族婚姻習(xí)慣法的舊西藏時(shí)期和解放后至今兩個(gè)時(shí)期,分析變遷之后的藏族婚姻習(xí)慣法和國(guó)家法之間存在的沖突,進(jìn)一步提出未來(lái)藏族婚姻習(xí)慣法和國(guó)家法的融合之路。
[Abstract]:The Tibetan nationality is a nation with a long history. During the long period of production and life, the Tibetan people have created a unique Tibetan customary law of marriage, which has played a positive role in social stability and national unity in the Tibetan region. With the founding of New China, a series of changes have taken place in the customary law of Tibetan marriage. Comparing vertically the Tibetan marriage customary law between the old Tibet period and the two periods after liberation, and analyzing the conflicts between the Tibetan customary marriage law and the state law after the change. Further proposed the future Tibetan marriage customary law and the national law fusion road.
