【摘要】：正 根據(jù)省委、省政府(1991) 7號(hào)文件批轉(zhuǎn)的全省第二個(gè)五年普法規(guī)劃要求,省普法領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組決定,擬于今年十二月份,舉辦陜西省“二五”普法專業(yè)文藝會(huì)演活動(dòng)。通過(guò)戲劇、小品、曲藝、歌舞、話劇等多種文藝形式,集中宣傳《憲法》、《行政訴訟法》、《婚姻法》、《企業(yè)法》、《土地管理法》、《文物保護(hù)法》、《郵政法》、《義務(wù)教育法》、《水法》、《森林法》、《礦產(chǎn)資源法》、《軍事設(shè)施保護(hù)法》、《稅法》、《陜西省計(jì)劃生育條例》及陜西省“三禁”條例等20多部法律、法規(guī)。經(jīng)過(guò)半年來(lái)的準(zhǔn)備,到目前為止,從省內(nèi)外66個(gè)地區(qū)和單位送來(lái)各種體裁的創(chuàng)作劇目94個(gè)。9月24日,省專業(yè)法文藝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室召開會(huì)議,成立了有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、專
