【摘要】：正關(guān)愛老人既是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德,更是人類進步社會科學(xué)發(fā)展的前提。《憲法》第49條明文規(guī)定:"成年子女有贍養(yǎng)扶助父母的義務(wù)。……禁止虐待老人、婦女和兒童。"《婚姻法》、《老年人權(quán)益保障法》等法律對此也作出了相應(yīng)規(guī)定。如何把法律對老年人的關(guān)愛落到實處,江蘇法院近幾年作了積極的探索。為了解實踐中涉老民事糾紛的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,進一步維護老年人合法
[Abstract]:Caring for the elderly is not only a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, but also a prerequisite for the development of human progress and social sciences. Article 49 of the Constitution states: "Adult children have the duty to support and assist their parents. Women and children. Laws such as the Marriage Law and the Law on the Protection of the Rights and interests of the elderly also provide for this. Jiangsu courts have made active exploration in recent years. In order to understand the current situation and existing problems of civil disputes involving old people in practice, we should further safeguard the legal rights of the elderly.
