【摘要】：本文對(duì)香港汽車尾氣防治的法律制度做了詳細(xì)介紹,指出香港汽車尾氣防治取得的顯著成效是以一套環(huán)環(huán)相扣的汽車尾氣防治法律制度作為基礎(chǔ)。仔細(xì)分析了香港在汽車尾氣防治方面的法律制度及其運(yùn)作的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ),以期為內(nèi)地汽車尾氣治理提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the legal system of automobile exhaust prevention in Hong Kong in detail, and points out that the remarkable effect of automobile exhaust prevention in Hong Kong is based on a set of law system of automobile exhaust prevention and control. The legal system of automobile exhaust prevention and control in Hong Kong and the social basis of its operation are carefully analyzed in order to provide reference and reference for the treatment of automobile exhaust in the mainland.
