本研究目的旨在了解喀麥隆外國直接投資法和改善該法。因此,本文的目的是分析喀麥隆的外國直接投資法,并試圖闡明這一法律框架是否具有足夠的吸引力;換句話說,它是否為投資者提供了足夠的保護和保障。為了解決這個問題,我們試圖通過文獻研究,主要是根據(jù)法律、文章和科學(xué)著作中收集必要的數(shù)據(jù)以供我們分析。這一分析表明,喀麥隆的外國直接投資法符合保護保障投資的國際標準。然而,通過一些試驗成功的做法中,得到另外的啟發(fā),特別是在中國和,可以大大改進這一框架,以提供一個更有吸引力的投資框架。
