【摘要】：亞利桑那州的新移民法案首次將非法移民定性為犯罪行為,并規(guī)定了極為嚴(yán)厲的處罰措施。這一法案因而被稱為美國(guó)"最嚴(yán)苛的移民法案"。該法案的出臺(tái)不僅在美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)掀起了新一輪移民政策的大討論,而且對(duì)美國(guó)未來(lái)政治格局的走向以及美國(guó)與墨西哥等國(guó)的外交關(guān)系都將產(chǎn)生深刻影響。
[Abstract]:Arizona's new immigration bill makes illegal immigration a crime for the first time and provides for extremely severe penalties. The bill is therefore called the harshest immigration bill in the United States. The introduction of the bill will not only set off a new round of immigration policy in the United States, but also have a profound impact on the future political situation of the United States and the foreign relations between the United States and Mexico.
