【摘要】：建立海峽兩岸政府采購協(xié)議(GPA)平臺(tái),是進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)和深化兩岸合作,確保實(shí)現(xiàn)的有力保障。兩岸正處在GPA有效合作的一個(gè)難得的"窗口期"。兩岸GPA合作有著獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢,也存在一定的障礙,這將考驗(yàn)也將進(jìn)一步證明兩岸人民的智慧。本文為此提供了一些對策思考。
[Abstract]:The establishment of (GPA) platform is an effective guarantee to further promote and deepen cross-strait cooperation. The two sides of the strait are in a rare "window period" for effective GPA cooperation. The GPA cooperation between the two sides of the strait has unique advantages and obstacles, which will test and further prove the wisdom of the people on both sides of the strait. This paper provides some countermeasures.
