【摘要】：正中國看待外部世界的視野,取決于中國如何看待自己,確立自身的基本政治秩序。一個國家如果擁有偉大的政治文明抱負,其看待世界的視野也會非同一般。而真正的、源初意義上的基本秩序(Nomos),本質(zhì)上奠基于某種明確的空間界限�？枴な┟滋鼐痛俗龀�"陸地和海洋"之間的劃分,兩種基本空間秩序象征著兩種基本法一政治秩序,也象征著古今兩種基本政治文明形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:China's vision of the outside world depends on how it sees itself and establishes its own basic political order. If a country has great political civilization aspirations, its vision of the world would be extraordinary. And the real, primary sense of the basic order (Nomos), is essentially based on some clear spatial boundary. Carl Schmitt made the division between land and sea. The two basic spatial orders symbolize the two basic laws and political order, and also symbolize the ancient and modern two basic political civilization forms.
