【摘要】：近年來,我國與相關國家開展的國際執(zhí)法合作呈現(xiàn)兩個發(fā)展趨勢:一是聯(lián)合行動成為國際執(zhí)法合作的主要方式,二是國際執(zhí)法合作以維護非傳統(tǒng)安全為目標。因此,國際執(zhí)法就兼具有執(zhí)法合作與安全合作的雙重特征,聯(lián)合執(zhí)法安全合作成為一種全新的國際執(zhí)法合作模式。這種執(zhí)法模式能有效尊重國家間的司法主權,在打擊跨國境犯罪,維護國家、地區(qū)非傳統(tǒng)安全,實現(xiàn)執(zhí)法安全一體化方面具有獨特的價值,代表我國未來國際執(zhí)法合作的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there are two development trends in international law enforcement cooperation between China and relevant countries: one is that joint action is the main way of international law enforcement cooperation, the other is that international law enforcement cooperation aims at maintaining non-traditional security. Therefore, international law enforcement has the dual characteristics of law enforcement cooperation and security cooperation, and joint law enforcement security cooperation has become a new mode of international law enforcement cooperation. This law enforcement model can effectively respect the judicial sovereignty between countries, and has unique value in combating cross-border crimes, maintaining non-traditional national and regional security, and realizing the integration of law enforcement security. Represents our country's future international law enforcement cooperation development direction.
