【摘要】：正近日,中歐政府采購協(xié)定研討會(huì)在京召開。今年的研討會(huì)恰逢《政府采購法實(shí)施條例》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《條例》)出臺(tái),中國(guó)政府采購法制建設(shè)、中國(guó)加入《政府采購協(xié)定》(GPA)的好處等議題成為此次研討會(huì)的亮點(diǎn)。作為WTO管轄的單項(xiàng)貿(mào)易協(xié)議,GPA是各參加方對(duì)外開放政府采購市場(chǎng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)政府采購國(guó)際化和自由化的法律文件。自2007年底我國(guó)啟動(dòng)GPA
[Abstract]:Recently, China-EU government procurement agreement seminar was held in Beijing. This year's symposium coincides with the promulgation of the regulations on the implementation of the Law on Government Procurement (hereinafter referred to as the regulations), the construction of the Chinese government procurement legal system and the advantages of China's accession to the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA). As a single trade agreement under the jurisdiction of WTO, it is a legal document for all participants to open up the government procurement market in order to realize the internationalization and liberalization of government procurement.
