【摘要】：伴隨全球礦物資源的日漸枯竭和人類探索北極能力的提高以及全球變暖、北極地區(qū)冰蓋逐漸消融,參與北極地區(qū)事務(wù)、利用北極地區(qū)東北航道與西北航道的法律和現(xiàn)實(shí)矛盾逐漸突出。研究中國參與北極事務(wù)、利用北極航道的法律條件、現(xiàn)實(shí)條件以及相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事利益以及對(duì)于維護(hù)中國海外利益的重要性也日漸提升。
[Abstract]:With the gradual depletion of global mineral resources, the enhancement of human's ability to explore the Arctic and global warming, the Arctic ice sheet is gradually melting and participating in Arctic affairs.The contradiction between the law and reality of the North East Passage and the Northwest Passage is becoming more and more prominent.The importance of studying China's participation in Arctic affairs, the legal conditions, realistic conditions and related economic and military interests of China's participation in Arctic affairs, as well as its interest in safeguarding China's overseas interests, are also becoming increasingly important.
