【摘要】:正不論時(shí)代如何發(fā)展,國(guó)際貨物貿(mào)易以及運(yùn)輸都是推動(dòng)各國(guó)法律趨同化的主導(dǎo)因素。國(guó)際社會(huì)因經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化而組織的法律統(tǒng)一化進(jìn)程在貨物貿(mào)易與運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域取得的成果也最大。1924年在荷蘭海牙訂立的《海牙規(guī)則》是第一個(gè)有關(guān)海上貨物運(yùn)輸方式法律統(tǒng)一化的國(guó)際公約,目前成員國(guó)有70個(gè)!1〕2008年《鹿特丹規(guī)則》則是有關(guān)國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸法律統(tǒng)一化的
