【摘要】：要實(shí)現(xiàn)《聯(lián)合國(guó)國(guó)際貨物銷售合同公約》消除法律沖突的最終目標(biāo),保證公約的統(tǒng)一解釋是前提。自治解釋是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的唯一方法,而且也是公約自身的規(guī)定所要求的。自治解釋需要解釋者有更自由和靈活態(tài)度,隨時(shí)謹(jǐn)記公約的國(guó)際背景,以排除國(guó)內(nèi)法的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to achieve the ultimate objective of the United Nations Convention on contracts for the International Sale of goods to eliminate conflicts of laws, the guarantee of a uniform interpretation of the Convention is a prerequisite. Autonomous interpretation is the only way to achieve this objective, Autonomous interpretation requires freer and flexible interpretations, bearing in mind the international context of the Convention, in order to exclude the effects of domestic law.
