【摘要】：中國現(xiàn)行法律體系已經(jīng)難以應(yīng)付國際非政府組織來華數(shù)量持續(xù)增長以及影響范圍不斷擴大的情況。國家可以根據(jù)政治和社會管理方面的需求,建立一套完備的準(zhǔn)入制度,通過對國際非政府組織主體資格的確認(rèn)和審核,賦予其法律地位和身份,準(zhǔn)許符合條件的國際非政府組織進(jìn)入相關(guān)領(lǐng)域,從事相關(guān)活動,從而將其納入法律秩序中來,保證國際非政府組織在華活動必須符合我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會政治穩(wěn)定等方面的政策要求。
[Abstract]:China's current legal system has been unable to cope with the continued growth in the number of international non-governmental organizations in China and the ever-expanding scope of influence. The state can establish a complete system of access to China in accordance with the needs of political and social management. Through the confirmation and examination of the subject qualifications of international non-governmental organizations, the granting of their legal status and identity, and the admission of qualified international non-governmental organizations to relevant fields and activities, thus bringing them into the legal order, To ensure the activities of international NGOs in China must meet the policy requirements of China's national economic development and social and political stability.
