【摘要】：國(guó)際私法教學(xué)本土化既是國(guó)際私法本土性的必然要求,也是教學(xué)改革的需要。當(dāng)前的國(guó)際私法教學(xué)仍然存在教學(xué)內(nèi)容缺乏中國(guó)特色、教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)方法與本土的融合不夠等問(wèn)題。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)目標(biāo),國(guó)際私法教學(xué)應(yīng)在明確教學(xué)目的基礎(chǔ)上,增強(qiáng)教學(xué)本土化意識(shí),完善本土化教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì),加強(qiáng)教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)方法與本土的融合,使學(xué)生能更加深刻地理解和掌握國(guó)際私法知識(shí)并靈活運(yùn)用,更好地為我國(guó)對(duì)外交往服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The localization of private international law teaching is not only the inevitable requirement of the nativeness of private international law, but also the need of teaching reform. In order to realize the goal of teaching, private international law teaching should strengthen the consciousness of localization and perfect the design of teaching content on the basis of clear teaching purpose. By strengthening the fusion of teaching mode and teaching method with native country, students can understand and master the knowledge of private international law more deeply and use it flexibly, so as to better serve our country's external communication.
