【摘要】：正 中國銀行向國有商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)變的對(duì)策方略應(yīng)立足市場經(jīng)濟(jì),立足深化改革,明晰產(chǎn)權(quán),更新觀念,轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)制。 (一)建立符合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的新型產(chǎn)權(quán)關(guān)系。1994年7月1日開始實(shí)施的“公司法”為向商業(yè)銀行過渡提供了建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度,明晰產(chǎn)權(quán),明確權(quán)責(zé),分開政企的有效途徑,可按“公司法”原則把中國銀行組建成由國家控股、總省市行摻股、中行職工持股的國有股份
[Abstract]:The strategy of transforming Bank of China into state-owned commercial bank should be based on market economy, deepen reform, clarify property right, renew concept and change mechanism. (1) to establish a new property right relationship in line with the modern enterprise system. The Company Law, which came into effect on July 1, 1994, provides an effective way to establish a modern enterprise system, clarify property rights, clarify rights and responsibilities, and separate government and enterprises for the transition to commercial banks. According to the principles of the Company Law, the Bank of China can be formed into state-owned shares controlled by the state, mixed with shares by the general provincial and municipal banks, and state-owned shares owned by the employees of the Bank of China.
