【摘要】：《公司法》第 6 7條的修改以及《國有企業(yè)監(jiān)事會暫行條例》的發(fā)布施行 ,標志著國有企業(yè)監(jiān)事會制度的確立 ,它不僅適應了現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的要求 ,而且彌補了國有企業(yè)原有監(jiān)督制約機制的不足。
