【摘要】：廣西桂冠電力股份有限公司是全國第一家建設(shè)水電站的股份制企業(yè)。它按照國家體改委《股份公司規(guī)范意見》組建，公司所有權(quán)與經(jīng)營權(quán)分離，，產(chǎn)權(quán)明晰，嚴(yán)格按公司法運(yùn)作。由公司投資的百龍灘水電站工程建設(shè)也完全按現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理模式運(yùn)行，取得廠３年建成發(fā)電的好成績。實(shí)踐證明，水電建設(shè)實(shí)行股份制是籌集社會閑散資金集資辦電的有效形式，是加快水電發(fā)展的好辦法。當(dāng)然，也亟待國家出臺相應(yīng)的稅賦、電價等扶持政策。
[Abstract]:Guangxi Guanguan Electric Power Co., Ltd. is the first construction of hydropower stations in China's joint-stock enterprises. It is set up according to the Standard opinions of the State Reform Commission, the ownership of the company is separated from the right of management, the property right is clear, and the operation is strictly in accordance with the company law. The project construction of Bailongtan Hydropower Station, invested by the company, also runs in accordance with the modern enterprise management mode, and has achieved good results in 3 years' construction of power generation. It is proved by practice that the joint-stock system in hydropower construction is an effective form of raising social idle funds to raise electricity and is a good way to speed up the development of hydropower. Of course, there is also an urgent need for the country to introduce the corresponding tax, electricity prices and other support policies.
