【摘要】：制度社會(huì)學(xué)除了考慮組織外部環(huán)境擁有的要素之外,更重視象征系統(tǒng)、認(rèn)知系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范性信念等要素對(duì)組織的影響。制度社會(huì)學(xué)認(rèn)為這些要素是由文化要素構(gòu)成的,它關(guān)注的是人們生活的世界是怎樣的,它認(rèn)為組織及成員被嵌入到文化系統(tǒng)中。因此,它認(rèn)為廣泛的制度內(nèi)容影響組織行為,相對(duì)于技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境而言,它更重視社會(huì)文化環(huán)境。基于此,對(duì)公司治理的形成具有很大影響力的是社會(huì)期待、社會(huì)責(zé)任等社會(huì)規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:Besides considering the elements of external environment, institutional sociology pays more attention to the influence of symbolic system, cognitive system, normative belief and so on. Institutional sociology holds that these elements are made up of cultural elements. It pays attention to the world in which people live. It thinks that organizations and members are embedded in the cultural system. Therefore, it believes that a wide range of institutional content affects organizational behavior and pays more attention to the social and cultural environment than to the technical and economic environment. Based on this, social norms such as social expectation and social responsibility have great influence on the formation of corporate governance.
