【摘要】：云南大朝山水電有限責(zé)任公司是按現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度和《公司法》組建，按新機(jī)制運(yùn)作的水電建設(shè)管理隊(duì)伍。公司全面推行了項(xiàng)目法人責(zé)任制、招標(biāo)承包制、工程監(jiān)理制。公司立足于大朝山水電站建設(shè)，不斷提高設(shè)計(jì)、施工、監(jiān)理水平，加強(qiáng)管理，控制成本，盡最大努力降低工程造價(jià)，，縮短建設(shè)工期，提高工程質(zhì)量，并瞄準(zhǔn)跨世紀(jì)的電力市場，走競價(jià)上網(wǎng)之路，為瀾滄江流域的滾動(dòng)開發(fā)作出貢獻(xiàn)。公司的發(fā)展前景將是廣闊的。
[Abstract]:Yunnan Dachaoshan Hydropower Co., Ltd. is a hydropower construction management team established according to the modern enterprise system and Company Law and operating according to the new mechanism. The company has fully implemented the project corporate responsibility system, bidding and contracting system, project supervision system. The company is based on the construction of Dachaoshan Hydropower Station, constantly improving the level of design, construction, supervision, strengthening management, controlling costs, doing its utmost to reduce the project cost, shortening the construction period, improving the quality of the project, and aiming at the electric power market across the century.
