【摘要】：在2014年3月1日頒布的新《公司法》中,關(guān)于取消實繳確認認繳制的規(guī)定以及取消注冊資本的規(guī)定等法律內(nèi)容,讓我們開始擔憂新出現(xiàn)的"一元公司"的誠信問題給市場社會帶來的影響,新法的頒布也讓社會誠信體系建設(shè)迫在眉睫。文章通過分析"一元公司"誠信現(xiàn)狀,以及從公司自身的發(fā)展、市場經(jīng)濟秩序和社會公眾的利益三個方面論證"一元公司"誠信體系建立的必要性,最后對"一元公司"建立誠信體系提出幾點建議。
[Abstract]:In the new Company Law, promulgated on March 1, 2014, the provisions on the abolition of the system of confirmed subscription and the cancellation of the provisions on registered capital, etc., Let us start to worry about the new "one dollar company" of the integrity of the impact on the market society, the promulgation of the new law also makes the construction of social integrity system imminent. This paper analyzes the present situation of "one dollar company" credit, and demonstrates the necessity of establishing "one dollar company" credit system from three aspects: the development of the company itself, the order of market economy and the interests of the public. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the establishment of integrity system in one Yuan Company.
