【摘要】：本文分析了建立公司約束機(jī)制的必要性、科學(xué)有效的約束機(jī)制的基本內(nèi)容,完善我國公司的約束機(jī)制的法律思考等內(nèi)容,提出了公司建立約束機(jī)制必須重視從內(nèi)部和外部約束機(jī)制兩方面著手的重要觀點,并對我國公司法的相關(guān)內(nèi)容的完善提出了思考。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the restraint mechanism of the company, the basic content of the scientific and effective restraint mechanism, and the legal thinking of perfecting the restraint mechanism of the company in our country. This paper puts forward an important viewpoint that the company must pay attention to the internal and external restraint mechanism in the establishment of the restraint mechanism, and puts forward some thoughts on the perfection of the relevant contents of the company law of our country.
