【摘要】：中國政法大學(xué)比較法研究所與日本中央大學(xué)日本比較法研究所共同設(shè)立的現(xiàn)代日本法基本理論研究課題組近期就二戰(zhàn)后美國法對日本法的影響召開了專題研討會 ,圍繞日本憲法、行政法、公司法以及刑事訴訟法繼受和移植美國法的問題展開研討 ,現(xiàn)將日方學(xué)者的主要觀點予以整理發(fā)表
[Abstract]:The Institute of Comparative Law of the China University of political Science and Law and the Institute of Comparative Law of the Central University of Japan have recently held a symposium on the impact of American law on Japanese law after World War II. This paper discusses the problems of Japanese constitution, administrative law, company law and criminal procedure law following and transplanting American law. The main points of view of Japanese scholars are summarized and published.
