　　重慶百君律師事務所兼職律師；能流利用英文進行法律答辯及撰寫法律文書，精通國際貿(mào)易、海事運輸、信用證糾紛、國際擔保、跨國大型工程承攬及招投標、海外融資、國際商事仲裁等專項業(yè)務, 擅長公司、證券、金融、保險、涉外商事案件的訴訟和非訴訟業(yè)務。

　　PERSONAL INFORMATION：

　　Li Yan, Female, born in 1976, got Doctor’s Degree of Law (Major in Commercial Law), is the Vice-professor of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, P R. China. She once was the Visiting Scholar of the Faculty of Law, the University of Southampton, UK and now she is the Vice-Director of Commercial Law Research Institute, Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Also she is the part-time Lawyer of BaiJun Law Firm which is one of the top five law firms in Chong Qing city.
