【摘要】：近些年來，隨著社會(huì)對(duì)監(jiān)獄工作關(guān)注度的提高，監(jiān)獄對(duì)罪犯的管理工作越來越受到人們的重視。由于我國(guó)監(jiān)獄制度實(shí)行較晚，在此方面的研究一直缺乏深入的研究和系統(tǒng)完善的理論。因此，罪犯管理工作的改革從未停滯，一直處于探索與實(shí)踐中。廣東A監(jiān)獄是我省的一所市管監(jiān)獄。在對(duì)罪犯管理工作中，A監(jiān)獄經(jīng)歷了長(zhǎng)期的規(guī)劃與探索，積累了一定的寶貴理論與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文以廣東A監(jiān)獄罪犯管理模式為例開展研究。通過介紹A監(jiān)獄罪犯管理工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題與不足，，并分析導(dǎo)致問題產(chǎn)生的原因。在與西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家監(jiān)獄的罪犯管理對(duì)比的基礎(chǔ)上，充分借鑒其先進(jìn)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)廣東A監(jiān)獄的罪犯管理模式從完善制度建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)罪犯管理和加強(qiáng)警察隊(duì)伍建設(shè)三個(gè)方面提出了完善和改進(jìn)的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing attention of the society to prison work, people pay more and more attention to the prison management of criminals. Due to the late implementation of the prison system in China, there has been a lack of in-depth research and systematic theory in this area. Therefore, the reform of criminal management has never stalled and has been in exploration and practice. Guangdong A Prison is a municipal prison in our province. In the management of criminals, prison A has experienced long-term planning and exploration, and accumulated valuable theory and experience. This article takes Guangdong A prison criminal management pattern as an example to carry on the research. This paper introduces the management of prisoners in A prison, finds out the existing problems and deficiencies, and analyzes the causes of the problems. On the basis of contrasting with the criminal management in the prisons of the western developed countries, and drawing on its advanced practical experience, the author tries to perfect the system construction of the criminal management mode of Guangdong A prison. Suggestions on how to improve and improve the management of criminals and the construction of police force are put forward.
