【摘要】：正十八屆四中全會通過的《關于推進依法治國若干重大問題的決定》(下稱《決定》)描繪了"法治中國"宏偉藍圖,明確了依法治國的詳細路線,可謂"目標明確、任務具體、措施得當"。就檢察工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展來看,貫徹落實全會精神,需要重點把握以下兩個方面的問題。一、正確處理兩個關系一是正確處理司法工作與黨委領導的關系。《決定》明確指出要堅持黨對政法工作的正確領導,明確了各級黨委政法委的具體職責,即把握政治方向、協(xié)調(diào)各方職能、統(tǒng)籌政法工作、建設法治隊伍、督促依法履職、創(chuàng)造公正司法環(huán)境,帶頭依法辦事、保障憲法法律正確統(tǒng)一實施。黨對政法
[Abstract]:The "decision on the Promotion of governing the country by Law" (hereinafter referred to as "decision"), adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, depicts a grand blueprint for "ruling by law" and defines a detailed line for governing the country according to law, which can be described as "having clear goals and specific tasks." The measures are appropriate. In view of the innovation and development of procuratorial work, it is necessary to focus on the following two aspects to carry out the spirit of the plenary session. First, to correctly handle the two relations, one is to correctly handle the relationship between judicial work and the leadership of the party committee. [decision] clearly pointed out that the correct leadership of the party over political and legal work should be adhered to, and clearly defined the specific responsibilities of the political and legal committees of party committees at all levels, that is, to grasp the political direction.
