【摘要】：正近年來,江西省南昌市東湖區(qū)檢察院受理的刑事案件數(shù)呈逐年快速上升之勢(shì)。2010年和2011年分別受理起訴案件402件、498件,年均上升近20%,而2012年1至8月就受理起訴案件528件,比去年同期上升81%。但辦案人員卻多年基本維持不變,年人均辦案數(shù)在70件至100件,司法資源相對(duì)缺乏,與案件數(shù)量的逐年上升形成巨
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of criminal cases accepted by the Donghu District Procuratorate of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, has increased rapidly year by year. In 2010 and 2011, 402 cases were prosecuted, 498 cases, an average annual increase of nearly 20%, and 528 cases received and prosecuted from January to August 2012. This is 81 percent more than in the same period last year. However, the number of cases handled per capita was between 70 and 100 cases per year, and the judicial resources were relatively scarce, which formed a huge scale with the increase of the number of cases year by year.
