【摘要】：正古人云:"用兵之道,攻心為上",反貪審訊工作也是如此。偵查人員要有針對性地運(yùn)用各種行之有效的審訊謀略,才能突破口供、擴(kuò)大線索、查清案情,達(dá)到反貪審訊的目的。如何在反貪偵查審訊中根據(jù)犯罪嫌疑人的心理狀態(tài)進(jìn)行審訊模式的變化,并進(jìn)行符合審訊規(guī)律的施壓值得深入的加以研究。一、審訊中的變化審訊過程中,如果審訊的模式、方法等一成不變,會讓犯罪嫌疑人適應(yīng),影響審訊的效果,因此一定要及時調(diào)整審訊方式。在審訊時間、場所、審訊人員組成等方面及時變化,充分調(diào)動犯罪嫌疑人的思維,取得理想的審訊效果。
[Abstract]:As the ancients said: "use the army, attack the heart for the top," the anti-corruption trial work is the same. Investigators should use all kinds of effective interrogation strategies to break through confessions, expand clues, find out the case and achieve the purpose of anti-corruption interrogation. How to change the interrogation mode according to the mental state of the criminal suspect in the anti-corruption investigation and interrogation, and how to carry out the pressure in accordance with the law of interrogation is worthy of further study. First, in the course of trial, if the mode and method of interrogation remain unchanged, the suspect will adapt and affect the effect of interrogation. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the mode of interrogation in time. In the interrogation time, place, interrogator composition and other timely changes, fully mobilize the suspect's thinking, achieve ideal interrogation results.
