【摘要】：目前,我國城市社會(huì)正處于轉(zhuǎn)型期,利益格局調(diào)整的影響導(dǎo)致以社區(qū)為單位的城市糾紛呈現(xiàn)出頻發(fā)、復(fù)雜、沖突性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。各種隱性糾紛也逐漸顯現(xiàn),多發(fā)性增加,主體由個(gè)體向群體擴(kuò)散,如果不及時(shí)將糾紛予以化解,局部問題就有可能引發(fā)社會(huì)全局問題,嚴(yán)重影響整個(gè)社會(huì)的安定團(tuán)結(jié)。立足實(shí)踐,從研究國內(nèi)已有的多種探索性化解機(jī)制入手,探討如何根據(jù)我國城市社區(qū)現(xiàn)狀,最大限度地利用我國現(xiàn)有糾紛解決資源,達(dá)到糾紛解決的效益最大化。
[Abstract]:At present, the urban society in our country is in the transition period, and the influence of the adjustment of interest pattern leads to the frequent, complex and conflicting characteristics of the urban disputes based on the community. All kinds of recessive disputes also gradually appear, increasing frequently, the subject diffuses from individual to group, if the dispute is not resolved in time, local problems may lead to the overall social problems, which seriously affect the stability and unity of the whole society. Based on the practice, this paper discusses how to make the best use of the existing dispute resolution resources according to the present situation of urban communities in China, starting with the research of various kinds of exploratory resolution mechanisms in our country, so as to maximize the benefit of dispute resolution.
