【摘要】：十一屆人大五次會議關于修改刑事訴訟法的決定及高檢院檢委會對《人民檢察院刑事訴訟規(guī)則》第四百零七條的修改,給檢察機關刑事抗訴工作帶來了新的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。建議進一步提高對刑事抗訴工作重要性的認識,優(yōu)化刑事申訴檢察隊伍結構,進一步健全完善相關制度,積極做好出庭支持抗訴的銜接工作。
[Abstract]:The decision of the Fifth session of the Eleventh National people's Congress on the revision of the Criminal procedure Law and the amendment of Article 407 of the Criminal procedure rules of the people's Procuratorate by the Procuratorial Committee of the Supreme people's Procuratorate have brought new opportunities and challenges to the procuratorial organ's criminal protest work. It is suggested to further improve the understanding of the importance of the criminal protest work, optimize the structure of the criminal appeal procuratorial team, further improve the relevant system, and actively do a good job in the connection of the court appearance to support the protest.
