【摘要】：正檢察機關(guān)所查處的瀆職犯罪大多存在關(guān)聯(lián)案件,為了及時查清瀆職犯罪,檢察機關(guān)往往需要將瀆職犯罪與關(guān)聯(lián)案件并案偵查。剛剛修改通過并將于2013年1月1日起實施的《人民檢察院刑事訴訟規(guī)則(試行)》對于關(guān)聯(lián)案件的并案處理作出了規(guī)定,但是,由于目前對于檢察機關(guān)的并案偵查刑事訴訟法尚沒有具體明確的規(guī)定,如何保障瀆職犯罪
[Abstract]:Most of the dereliction of duty crimes investigated and dealt with by procuratorial organs have related cases. In order to find out dereliction of duty crimes in time, procuratorial organs often need to investigate dereliction of duty crime and related cases together. The rules of Criminal procedure of the people's Procuratorate (on a trial basis), which have just been amended and will come into effect on January 1, 2013, provide for the handling of joint cases in related cases, but, Since there are no specific provisions in the current criminal procedure law for the investigation of joint cases of procuratorial organs, how to guarantee the crime of dereliction of duty?
