【摘要】：在推進國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化理論背景下,面對當前我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展新常態(tài)下各種矛盾糾紛凸顯的形勢,現(xiàn)有的糾紛解決機制存在一些困境,比較突出的問題主要是系統(tǒng)性構(gòu)建的欠缺,不同糾紛解決方式之間缺乏協(xié)同。糾紛具有客觀性、破壞性和建設(shè)性,要想更好地解決糾紛,應(yīng)該推動糾紛協(xié)同治理,這不僅是對中華傳統(tǒng)文化的繼承發(fā)揚,也是對中國現(xiàn)實國情的契合關(guān)照。糾紛協(xié)同治理有利于實現(xiàn)效率、公正以及秩序的價值目標,通過充分發(fā)揮協(xié)同效應(yīng)、強化糾紛治理過程的動態(tài)銜接、注重糾紛治理的系統(tǒng)化構(gòu)建,能夠有效推動糾紛的及時妥善解決。
[Abstract]:Under the background of promoting the national governance system and the modernization of governance ability, facing the current situation of contradictions and disputes under the new normal of economic and social development in our country, there are some difficulties in the existing dispute resolution mechanism. The outstanding problems are the lack of systematic construction and the lack of coordination among different dispute resolution methods. Disputes are objective, destructive and constructive. In order to solve disputes better, we should promote the coordinated management of disputes, which is not only the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture, but also the reality of China's national conditions. The cooperative governance of disputes is beneficial to the realization of the value goals of efficiency, justice and order. By giving full play to the synergy effect, the dynamic connection of the process of dispute management is strengthened, and the systematic construction of dispute governance is emphasized. Can effectively promote the timely and proper resolution of disputes.
