【摘要】：陽光檢務(wù)是檢務(wù)公開的深化,是公正檢務(wù)、高效檢務(wù)、廉潔檢務(wù)。陽光檢務(wù)的法理基礎(chǔ)是公民知情權(quán)理論、權(quán)力制約理論和程序正義理論。陽光檢務(wù)具有指引、評(píng)價(jià)、教育、預(yù)測和保障等規(guī)范功能,以及促進(jìn)檢察權(quán)依法正確行使,提升檢察機(jī)關(guān)司法公信力,確保司法公正真正實(shí)現(xiàn)和推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)等社會(huì)功能。
[Abstract]:Sunshine inspection is the deepening of public inspection, fair inspection, efficient inspection, clean inspection. The legal basis of sunshine inspection is the theory of citizen's right to know, the theory of power restriction and the theory of procedural justice. Sunshine procuratorial work has normative functions such as guidance, evaluation, education, prediction and protection, as well as promoting the correct exercise of procuratorial power in accordance with the law, so as to enhance the judicial credibility of procuratorial organs. To ensure that judicial justice truly realizes and promotes the construction of socialist political civilization and other social functions.
