【摘要】：正隨著開發(fā)和建設(shè)強度的加大,非公有制企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟中的比重和起的作用將會更加突出,并直接關(guān)系到當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)能否順利實現(xiàn)。在這樣的背景下,檢察機關(guān)將服務(wù)工作重心指向非公有制經(jīng)濟,就是為當(dāng)?shù)氐闹行墓ぷ骱痛缶址⻊?wù)的最好表現(xiàn)。一、搭建維權(quán)聯(lián)系平臺。一是搭建檢察機關(guān)服務(wù)非公有制經(jīng)濟的"支點"。及時把握非公有制企業(yè)的需求信息,有效提高服務(wù)工作的回應(yīng)性和時效性;二是會同工商聯(lián)成立"非公有制經(jīng)濟維權(quán)服務(wù)中心",并與其會簽《關(guān)于服務(wù)非公有制經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的實施意
