【摘要】：跨區(qū)法院的設(shè)立,是中國(guó)司法體制改革的重要內(nèi)容。司法主場(chǎng)化,必然產(chǎn)生地方政府對(duì)司法權(quán)的就近控制,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)是損及司法公正的重要原因。設(shè)立跨區(qū)法院,能夠使法院對(duì)地方機(jī)關(guān)產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的客場(chǎng)感,解脫法官受到的干預(yù),進(jìn)而改變司法格局�？鐓^(qū)法院的試點(diǎn),取得了較為良好的司法效果,從而獲得了進(jìn)一步推開(kāi)的后續(xù)可能。
[Abstract]:The establishment of cross-district courts is an important part of the reform of China's judicial system. The local government's local control of judicial power is an important reason for harming judicial justice for a long time. The establishment of inter-district courts can make the courts feel strongly away from the local authorities, free from the interference of judges, and then change the judicial pattern. The trial of cross-district court has obtained good judicial effect, thus obtaining the possibility of further pushing forward.
