【摘要】：正檢察官助理制度是一項(xiàng)具有重要意義的司法制度創(chuàng)新,是符合司法規(guī)律的重要制度設(shè)計(jì)。本文擬對(duì)檢察官助理的選任、管理,其與檢察官和其他輔助人員的關(guān)系、分工等具體操作層面問題作一探索。一、檢察官助理的定位及其職責(zé)(一)檢察官助理的職能定位。檢察官助理是司法輔助人員中最為重要的組成部分,是協(xié)助檢察官?gòu)氖聶z察業(yè)務(wù)工作或者在檢察官的授權(quán)、指揮和指導(dǎo)下從事部分并非必須由檢察官親自辦理的法律事務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)輔助人員。檢察官助理的法律定位特點(diǎn)
[Abstract]:The assistant system of the public prosecutor is an important judicial system innovation , which is an important system design conforming to the law of justice . This paper intends to explore the specific operational aspects such as the selection and management of the assistant of the prosecutor , the relationship between the prosecutor and other auxiliary personnel , the division of labour , etc . The assistant of the prosecutor is the most important part of the judicial assistant . The assistant of the prosecutor is the most important part of the judicial assistant .
