【摘要】：正2016年11月起,江蘇省淮安市檢察機(jī)關(guān)司法責(zé)任制改革試點(diǎn)全面推進(jìn)。對(duì)于入額院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)而言,如何落實(shí)"一崗雙責(zé)",既更好地履行檢察官辦案職責(zé)、切實(shí)發(fā)揮示范引領(lǐng)作用,又履行好分管院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作職責(zé),真正做到"兩手抓、兩手硬",需要認(rèn)真思考研究。一、率先垂范,親身實(shí)踐,在直接辦案中提升檢察業(yè)務(wù)水平司法責(zé)任制要求入額檢察官必須在一線辦案,并對(duì)辦案質(zhì)量終身負(fù)責(zé)。新形勢(shì)下,入額院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)
