【摘要】：2010年,司法部召開全國監(jiān)獄信息化建設(shè)工作會議,發(fā)布了《全國監(jiān)獄信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃》。會議精神是信息化建設(shè)是監(jiān)獄現(xiàn)在和將來必須要大力做好的工作。監(jiān)獄的主要功能就是關(guān)押罪犯,是一個國家的刑罰執(zhí)行機關(guān)�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)、計算機等先進技術(shù)不斷的應(yīng)用與監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng),使監(jiān)獄信息化建設(shè)得到了很大的進步。本文對近年來國際、國內(nèi)監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)信息化成果進行了回顧,特別對英、美等國家智能化監(jiān)獄典型案例進行了分析評述,務(wù)求從中得出監(jiān)獄信息化建設(shè)可借鑒的經(jīng)驗,用以指導(dǎo)東風(fēng)監(jiān)獄信息化建設(shè)進程。從東風(fēng)監(jiān)獄的實例出發(fā),本文對其信息化建設(shè)的過去和現(xiàn)在的情況進行闡述,得出了東風(fēng)監(jiān)獄信息化建設(shè)顯示的缺陷:對信息化建設(shè)重視不夠;安防系統(tǒng)無法發(fā)揮作用;現(xiàn)場管理方式陳舊;信息化人才短缺以及各系統(tǒng)之間難以整合。這些問題給東風(fēng)監(jiān)獄信息化建設(shè)進一步進行造成了障礙。本文借鑒發(fā)達國家監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等先進技術(shù)進行信息化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗,從作者本單位信息化建設(shè)情況出發(fā),結(jié)合信息化建設(shè)中存在的問題和難點,探索物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)如何有效地在東風(fēng)監(jiān)獄信息化建設(shè)中應(yīng)用,使監(jiān)獄監(jiān)控水平和管理的效率得以提高,增強監(jiān)獄的安全系數(shù),降低警力的需求,使智能化監(jiān)獄成為可能。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the Ministry of Justice held a national conference on prison information construction, issued the National Prison Information Construction Plan.Meeting spirit is information construction is the prison must do a good job now and in the future.The main function of the prison is to detain criminals, is a country's penalty enforcement organs.The application of Internet, computer and other advanced technology and prison system has made great progress in the construction of prison information.This paper reviews the achievements of the international and domestic prison system informatization in recent years, especially analyzes and comments on the typical cases of intelligent prisons in Britain and the United States, in order to draw lessons from the information construction of prisons.To guide the Dongfeng prison information construction process.Starting from the example of Dongfeng prison, this paper expounds the past and present situation of its information construction, and concludes the defects of the information construction of Dongfeng prison: insufficient attention to the information construction, inability of the security system to play its role;The field management mode is outmoded, the informationization talented person is short and each system is difficult to integrate.These problems have caused obstacles to the further construction of Dongfeng prison informatization.This paper draws lessons from the experience of the developed countries' prison system using advanced technologies such as the Internet of things to carry out information construction, starting from the information construction situation of the author's own unit, combining the problems and difficulties existing in the information construction.This paper explores how the Internet of things technology can be effectively applied in the information construction of Dongfeng prison, so as to improve the prison monitoring level and management efficiency, enhance the security coefficient of the prison, reduce the demand of the police, and make the intelligent prison possible.
