【摘要】：對在職監(jiān)獄警察進行培訓是世界各國提高監(jiān)獄警察隊伍素質(zhì)的普遍做法。升級在職監(jiān)獄警察培訓模式,倡導在職監(jiān)獄警察培訓的現(xiàn)代化、科學化理念,打造堅實的培訓基地,優(yōu)化培訓內(nèi)容和形式,從而實現(xiàn)按需培訓、學以致用的培訓目標。
[Abstract]:It is a common practice to improve the quality of prison police in the world.We should upgrade the training mode of on-the-job prison police, advocate the modernization and scientific concept of on-the-job prison police training, create a solid training base, optimize the training content and form, so as to realize the training goal of on-demand training and applying learning to practical use.
