【摘要】：正浙江省臺(tái)州市椒江區(qū)為解決維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定工作機(jī)制中存在的效率不高、權(quán)威性不夠、資源整合不暢、作用發(fā)揮不順等問(wèn)題,于2012年4月,掛牌成立全省首個(gè)區(qū)信訪綜治維穩(wěn)中心,將區(qū)委政法委相關(guān)職能與區(qū)信訪局合并,相關(guān)聯(lián)部門(mén)實(shí)行合署辦公,統(tǒng)一受理、分類處理涉穩(wěn)涉訪事件,實(shí)現(xiàn)信訪、綜治、平安、維穩(wěn)工作一套領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子管理,所有資源融合共享,統(tǒng)一調(diào)配使用。區(qū)維穩(wěn)中心內(nèi)設(shè)信訪受理、調(diào)解辦案、排查巡調(diào)、維穩(wěn)處置和督查指導(dǎo)5個(gè)組,另設(shè)辦公室、法律援助室
