【摘要】：正檢察機(jī)關(guān)是國家的法律監(jiān)督機(jī)關(guān),對訴訟活動實(shí)行法律監(jiān)督,是憲法和法律賦予檢察機(jī)關(guān)的重要職能。訴訟監(jiān)督不僅包括檢察機(jī)關(guān)對公安機(jī)關(guān)和法院的訴訟活動進(jìn)行監(jiān)督,也包括外界對檢察機(jī)關(guān)自身的訴訟活動進(jìn)行監(jiān)督。當(dāng)前,訴訟監(jiān)督工作雖然取得了一定成績,但同樣存在不少問題。
[Abstract]:The procuratorial organ is the legal supervisory organ of the state. It is an important function entrusted to the procuratorial organ by the Constitution and the law to exercise legal supervision over the litigation activities of the public security organ and the court. Litigation supervision includes not only the supervision by the procuratorial organ over the litigation activities of the public security organ and the court. It also includes the outside supervision of the procuratorial organs' own litigation activities. At present, although the litigation supervision has made some achievements, there are also many problems.
