摘要：

加強(qiáng)派駐機(jī)構(gòu)管理體制改革,讓派駐機(jī)構(gòu)充分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)起來,是建立和完善有中國特色的權(quán)力監(jiān)督制約機(jī)制的重要途徑。地方紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察派駐機(jī)構(gòu)派駐模式主要有點(diǎn)派駐（按單位派駐）和片派駐（按行業(yè)派駐）兩種。兩種派駐模式的利弊何在,當(dāng)代中國應(yīng)該選擇何種派駐模式,本文將對(duì)此進(jìn)行初步探討和分析。

Abstract： 

To establish and perfect the mechanism of power restriction and power balance with Chinese characteristics,we must reform the regime of Dispatched Agency in local Discipline Control and Power Supervision Departments and make it perform its functions fully.There are two principal models of Dispatched Agency: dispatching to individual department and dispatching to special fields.In this article,we will analyze the strength and weakness of the two models and make rational choice for contemporary Chinese local Discipline Control and Power Supervision Departments.
