【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在我國經(jīng)過二十余年的高速發(fā)展,已經(jīng)形成一定的規(guī)模并逐漸走向多元化。無論在日常生活、工作還是學(xué)習(xí)中,人們?cè)絹碓蕉嗟厥褂没ヂ?lián)網(wǎng),整個(gè)社會(huì)都搭上了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快車;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)正在改變著人們的生活、學(xué)習(xí)和工作方式。 基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的電子商務(wù)的高速發(fā)展,也影響和促進(jìn)了社會(huì)服務(wù)業(yè)的模式轉(zhuǎn)變,特別在律師服務(wù)業(yè),過去傳統(tǒng)的“手工式”的律師服務(wù)模式也正在發(fā)生翻天覆地的變化,律師事務(wù)所開始自建網(wǎng)站,消費(fèi)者尤其80、90后消費(fèi)者開始習(xí)慣于網(wǎng)絡(luò)選聘律師。電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展推動(dòng)了電子商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,而基于電子商務(wù)的律師服務(wù)平臺(tái)的建立應(yīng)當(dāng)是律師服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的未來。 本文分析研究了基于電子商務(wù)的律師服務(wù)平臺(tái)運(yùn)營的可行性,重點(diǎn)分析了“四川律師通”網(wǎng)站的贏利模式和運(yùn)營策略。本文中,筆者根據(jù)自己近十余年的企業(yè)管理和律師執(zhí)業(yè)經(jīng)歷,創(chuàng)新的提出建立一種基于電子商務(wù)的律師服務(wù)平臺(tái),即在四川省內(nèi)先行建立“四川律師通網(wǎng)”網(wǎng)站,構(gòu)筑一個(gè)直接面向律師事務(wù)所(網(wǎng)站客戶)和終端消費(fèi)者(網(wǎng)站用戶)的律師服務(wù)平臺(tái),然后逐步引進(jìn)其他律師事務(wù)所進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,形成一個(gè)融合律師事務(wù)所和消費(fèi)者的多方利益和需求的綜合體,通過整合現(xiàn)有律師事務(wù)所的專業(yè)、客戶等網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,最終成為四川省內(nèi)律師服務(wù)行業(yè)全新的第三方服務(wù)平臺(tái),同時(shí),推動(dòng)各律師事務(wù)所合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的深化,實(shí)現(xiàn)多方共贏的局面。 本研究的創(chuàng)新之處,首先在于本網(wǎng)站提供的服務(wù)限定在四川省行政區(qū)域內(nèi),集中整合該區(qū)域內(nèi)幾乎所有的律師事務(wù)所,形成網(wǎng)站的行業(yè)權(quán)威性和地域規(guī)模化;其次,為便利客戶“就近”選聘“本土”律師,本網(wǎng)站通過建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)分站覆蓋四川各外阜市場(chǎng),為客戶提供便捷的律師服務(wù);最后,為方便客戶直觀地在網(wǎng)站上選聘律師,本網(wǎng)站創(chuàng)設(shè)了律師事務(wù)所電子地圖,供客戶搜索選聘律師。 本文中,筆者以電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)的相關(guān)理論為依據(jù),對(duì)“四川律師通網(wǎng)”網(wǎng)站的運(yùn)營進(jìn)行了較為全面的分析和研究,最后,還對(duì)網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行了財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)和分析,證明了本網(wǎng)站項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營的可行性,值得投資。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years of rapid development in China, the Internet has formed a certain scale and gradually diversified. People use the Internet more and more in their daily life, work and study. The Internet is changing the way people live, study and work. The rapid development of electronic commerce based on the Internet has also influenced and promoted the transformation of the mode of social service industry. Especially in the lawyer service industry, the traditional "manual" mode of lawyer service in the past is also undergoing earth-shaking changes. Law firms began to build their own websites. Consumers, especially after the 1980s, began to choose lawyers on the Internet. The development of e-commerce promoted the development of e-commerce services. The establishment of lawyer service platform based on e-commerce should be the future of lawyer service industry. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the operation of lawyer service platform based on electronic commerce, and focuses on the profit model and operation strategy of Sichuan lawyers' website. According to my experience of enterprise management and lawyer practice in recent ten years, the author proposes to establish a kind of lawyer service platform based on electronic commerce, that is, to set up the website of "Sichuan lawyer Tong net" first in Sichuan Province. Build a lawyer service platform for law firms (website clients) and end consumers (website users) directly, and then gradually introduce other law firms for strategic alliances. Forming a comprehensive combination of various interests and needs of law firms and consumers, by integrating the professional and client network resources of existing law firms, and finally becoming a new third-party service platform for the lawyer service industry in Sichuan Province. At the same time, promote the law firms to deepen cooperation and competition to achieve a win-win situation. The innovation of this study lies in the fact that the service provided by this website is limited to the administrative region of Sichuan Province, and integrates almost all the law firms in the region to form the industry authority and regional scale of the website. In order to facilitate clients to choose and hire local lawyers, this website provides convenient lawyer services to clients by establishing network sub-stations to cover all markets in Sichuan Province. Finally, to facilitate clients to choose and hire lawyers directly on the website, This website has created the law firm electronic map, for the customer to search and hire the lawyer. In this paper, based on the related theories of electronic commerce and network consumption, the author makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the operation of the website of "Sichuan lawyers Tongwang", and finally, carries on the financial forecast and analysis to the website. Proved the feasibility of this website project operation, is worth investment.
