【摘要】：正誠信是一個(gè)社會(huì)發(fā)展的根基和原動(dòng)力。面對當(dāng)前我國社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期社會(huì)信用缺失、信用秩序混亂、道德誠信亟待重塑的現(xiàn)狀,檢察機(jī)關(guān)作為社會(huì)誠信建設(shè)的參與者、推動(dòng)者和監(jiān)督者,有必要進(jìn)一步健全完善行賄犯罪檔案查詢制度,以期發(fā)揮其低成本預(yù)防、信息化警示、全方位威懾的積極功效,促進(jìn)社會(huì)誠信建設(shè)與司法工
