【摘要】：正法庭審判需要靈巧的智慧、敏捷的思路和迅速決策的能力,優(yōu)柔寡斷往往會導致失敗。風靡歐美法律界70年的經(jīng)典巨著、美國20世紀初偉大的辯護律師弗朗西斯.韋爾曼著的《辯護的藝術》,教育了一代又一代的律師。對于政治家、辯論愛好者、商務談判人員、心理分析師等舌戰(zhàn)人員也都有相當大的啟迪;對于大眾讀者,法庭中戲劇性的針鋒相對、激烈縝密的言辭攻防更是精彩萬分。此書是美國各大學法學院所規(guī)定的辯論學課程必讀參考書。
[Abstract]:Court trials require clever wisdom, quick thinking and the ability to make quick decisions. Indecision often leads to failure. It is a classic masterpiece that has swept the European and American legal profession for 70 years. The Art of Defense by Francis Wellman, a great defense lawyer in the United States at the beginning of 20th century, has educated generations of lawyers, for politicians, debate enthusiasts, and business negotiators. Psychological analysts and other war of words personnel are also quite enlightening; For the general public, the court's dramatic tit-for-tat, intense and meticulous rhetoric is even more brilliant.
