本文對法庭辯論中的指示語進(jìn)行了研究，旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)能夠表達(dá)實際(空間和時間)，社會和心理近指和遠(yuǎn)指的指示語表達(dá)方式，并探討這些表達(dá)方式的選擇是如何作為一個動態(tài)順應(yīng)的過程，實現(xiàn)律師在法庭辯論中勸說的目的的作用。 本文的理論框架結(jié)合了兩方面的研究成果：Yule(2000)和其他語言學(xué)家在指示語和距離指示方面的研究以及Verschueren’s(1999)的語言順應(yīng)論。分析的語料包含20個律師法庭辯論文本，其中10個中文，10個英文�；赮ule(1999)和其他語言學(xué)家在指示語和距離表達(dá)方面的研究，我們對法庭辯論中能夠表達(dá)實際，社會和心理近指或遠(yuǎn)指的指示語表達(dá)方式進(jìn)行了識別和描述。接著應(yīng)用Verschueren’s(1999)的順應(yīng)論解釋這些表達(dá)方式的選擇是如何作為一個動態(tài)順應(yīng)的過程，實現(xiàn)律師在法庭辯論中勸說的目的的作用。分析會分成三個部分，分別對與法庭中的三方(法官和／或陪審團(tuán)，對立方，律師自己方)有關(guān)的指示語表達(dá)方式進(jìn)行了探討。在此過程中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)律師運(yùn)用了不同的表示遠(yuǎn)指和近指的指示語表達(dá)方式對這三方進(jìn)行實際，社會和心理距離的指示。我們的結(jié)論是這些指示語表達(dá)方式的區(qū)別選擇，是對法庭語...
