中國法庭話語中的修正

不管什么樣的會話,在交際過程中都會出現(xiàn)這樣或那樣的阻礙,修正是排除阻礙、維持和保護(hù)會話繼續(xù)進(jìn)行的唯一方法。會話修正就像話輪轉(zhuǎn)換、優(yōu)先結(jié)構(gòu)、相鄰語對一樣,是會話分析的一個組成部分,因而受到會話研究者和二語習(xí)得者的青睞。 本文研究的中國法庭話語中的修正屬于機(jī)構(gòu)話語的修正,與一般會話中的修正由有所區(qū)別。目前,不論在國外還是國內(nèi),對機(jī)構(gòu)話語中的修正還只是局限在課堂。法庭話語修正的研究可以驗正日常話語修正研究的結(jié)論和成果,也可以給一般的語言研究提供啟示,從而豐富語言的普遍研究。把語言問題和社會問題結(jié)合起來,使語言既具有語言學(xué)上的意義和價值,又有社會應(yīng)用和實踐意義。 從二十世紀(jì)七十年代起,國外的學(xué)者如Jefferson,Sacks,Jefferson & Schegloff(SJS),Goodwin等從不同角度對會話修正展開了深入而廣泛的研究,研究的重點在修正結(jié)構(gòu)的三個組成部分和修正的形式與功能上。其他相關(guān)研究包括修正與語法,修正與二語習(xí)得等。在中國,修正研究直到二十世紀(jì)末才引起人們的關(guān)注,對修正的研究在國內(nèi)還處于起步階段,研究的范圍僅僅局限于修正與二語習(xí)得的關(guān)系上,李悅蛾...
